Methods
Fry Coarse flour In a Kardai.
After Frying Keep It and heat oil.
Add Savour & bay leaves in it.
Heat oil and add chilly, mustard seeds, chic pea dal & bay
leaves in it.
Add water and boil it.
Add salt and sprinkle coarse flour in it.
After it looks dry bring it down and add sugar and turn up &
down.
Now coarse flour uppama is ready.

Hard Chakuli-1 pc
Scrapped coconut-1/4 cup
Salt-according to taste
Chick pea dal-1 spoon

Ghee-2 spoon
Methods
Add ghee to coarse flour and fry it.
After frying bring it down.
Make small pcs the hard Chakuli.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, chick pea dal, chilly, bay leaves
and savor it.
After that add scrapped coconut, butter and hard Chakuli in it
on low flame.
Add water and cover it.
After that spread coarse flour and add salt in it.
Keep it down and cover it.
Now sweet uppama is ready.
