Ingredients

Simei-1 packet
Tomato saus-4 spoon
Chick pea dal-1 spoon
Dry chill-2 pc
Curry leaf-1 stalk
Mustard seeds-1 spoon
Oil-8 spoon
Salt-according to taste
Biri dal-1 spoon

Methods

Break simei and fry it.
Add 4 spoon oil in it.
After fry keep it out.
Heat oil in a kardai and add mustard seeds, chic pea dal, biri dal, curry leaves and add water in it.
After water boils add braked simei and turn up & down.
Add salt and tomato sous in it.
After 5 minute bring it down.
Now Simei Upamma is ready.
