Ingredients
1. Dry paneer-250gm.
2. Big size onion-1 pc.
3. Coriander leaf- 1 bunch
4. Tomato sous-1 spoon
5. Curry powder-1 spoon
6. Pea seeds-50gm.
7. Green chilly-2pcs.
8. Cow ghee-1 spoon
9. Cinnamon powder-1/4 spoon |
Method
1. Heat cow ghee in a kardai
2. Make small pieces of onion and green chilly.
3. Fry it with pea seeds.
4. Add paneer, curry powder and cinnamon powder
in this fry and turn up and down.
5. After some time add tomato sous.
6. Descend it and spread coriander leafs.
7. Now paneer bharta ready.
