Bhubaneswar was inaugurated in 1988. The campus is spread over an area of 2.44 acres and it houses Graphic and Painting studios and ceramic studio. The centre has also developed a new art gallery. The Centre extends its artistic activities in Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
Just 2kms away from the Bhubaneswar Railway station the Centre stands as one of the most important cultural organisation in Orissa. It conducts art exhibitions, slide presentations, lectures, art camps, graphic and sculpture workshops, and other allied programs every year.
